Our exclusive gift vouchers are now available from the box office. Redeemable against tickets, either in part or whole, towards any performance at The Albany Theatre, they make the perfect gift! And as an additional touch we can include a personal message!

How to buy a gift voucher

Buy at the box office – please email [email protected] to purchase.
Currently, our gift vouchers are NOT available to purchase online. 

Please note that gift vouchers purchased over the phone or via email will be sent to you or your recipient by email unless you are able to collect from the theatre in person. We are unable to send out gift vouchers by post.

When booking in person, you can choose to have a printed gift voucher a special Albany ticket wallet, or have it sent to your recipient by email. Emailed gift vouchers can be sent on a date of your choosing.

How to use a gift voucher

Albany Theatre gift vouchers may be used as part or whole payment towards tickets for any performance at The Albany Theatre and last for 18 months. 

Online | Enter your gift voucher’s unique code at the final payment stage in the booking process.
By Telephone | Call 02476 99 89 64 to use your gift vouchers over the phone, quoting your gift voucher’s unique code.
In Person | Come visit us off Albany Road and hand your gift voucher to our lovely box office volunteers (or quote your gift voucher’s unique code, if you have received it by email).

Further Terms and Conditions:

All purchases are subject to availability and standard Conditions of Sale. Ticket purchases online or by phone incur a transaction charge (currently £1.50 per booking). Albany Theatre gift vouchers can be used as full or part-payment towards tickets at Albany Theatre. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the purchase (including any transaction charge), change will be given in the form of credit on the customer’s account. If the value of your purchase (including any transaction charges or fees) exceeds the value of your gift vouchers, the customer must pay the difference. Gift vouchers expire after 18 months. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for tickets, goods or services already supplied nor can they be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen or damaged. Please be aware we are not part of the SOLT Theatre Tokens scheme.

The Albany is pleased to announce that Zarah Sultana, Coventry South’s new MP, has joined the Board of the Charitable Trust that manages Coventry’s Albany Theatre and Studio on behalf of the community.

The team at The Albany Theatre in Coventry is elated to have received the news today (12/10/2020) that they have secured a £250k grant from the Government’s £1.57 billion Culture Recovery Fund. Without the funding, The Albany would have been forced to close at the end of the week, but thanks to the hard work and dedication of all at the theatre, they can now look forward with confidence.
