Paul is a dedicated civil servant with nearly 18 years of service, known for his strong commitment to community and team spirit. He champions diversity, equality, and inclusion through cultural initiatives and is widely admired for his charitable work. His volunteer efforts span the Albany Theatre, the City Host programme, the Anglican Chapel, the Charterhouse, BLAZE Coventry ice hockey team, and Coventry Open Christmas, making a lasting impact both in and outside the workplace.
