Award-winning musical comedian Tracey Collins (Shell Suit Cher, Elvis Lesley) returns to The Albany with a bold double bill, reimagining Hollywood icons Audrey Hepburn and Judy Garland through music, comedy, and theatrical reinvention.
Audrey Heartburn:
The evening opens in joyful chaos with Audrey Heartburn. Audrey has left the heartbreak of Hollywood behind and arrived in Soho for a boogie-woogie and a drinky-winky. Expect audience play, spontaneous song, and shared snacks!
Moody Judy Sings The Smiths:
The evening closes with Moody Judy. In this comedic reimagining, Judy Garland discovers The Smiths and recognises her own story in their Manchester melancholy. These cult classics become cabaret confessions with a splash of razzle-dazzle and with high leg kicks.
There Is a Spotlight That Never Goes Out is an intimate, original evening of musical comedy not to be missed.
