This is me showcase is brought to you via a team from pole elevation.

Pole Elevation is a dance studio with two venues in Coventry which teaches pole, hoop, silks, Hammock, Trapeze, reformer Pilates and bungee fitness. 

We at PE focus on what the body can do instead of what it looks like.

The showcase consists of 26 plus performances on pole silks and hoop from multiple students from studios across the U.K with a twist, these are normal everyday people some of which have restrictions, from physical to mental health which may effect their sports journey. 

Also hosting guest performances from leading instructors and awarding body training school spin city.
