Dance with Parkinson’s Spring Term

Led by Off-Balance Dance, this relaxed and fun creative dance class is for anyone living with Parkinson’s and their support network. Sessions can be taken seated or standing. Regular sessions are every Tuesday during term times at 11am. Additional sessions may be added included sessions on Monday in the summer holidays.
