The Magic Bookmark – Mama G

Audiences are invited to join “everyone’s favourite panto dame,” (Metro) and Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist Mama G on a brand new panto adventure for the whole family!

It all starts when the evil Book Worm decides that reading gives people too much knowledge, and makes all the books from Mama G’s library disappear. Before the world can turn to chaos, Mama G vows to save the day by finding three books that will help make the world a better place. Of course, she can’t do it alone and that’s when she discovers the mysterious and wonderful Magic Bookmark…

Families are sure to love this storytelling show full of panto fun, interaction, song and dance, puppetry, and some of the finest picture books currently on the market!

All companion/carer tickets must be booked through Box Office via phone or in person.

The Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 1:30pm, and an hour before performances start. Outside these opening hours, messages can be left on our voicemail. See our Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales.

Wheelchair designated spaces are available at the rear of the auditorium and are available by contacting the Box Office. Patrons who wouldn’t be able to attend the theatre without accompaniment are eligible for one free companion ticket, these also can only be booked via Box Office. Performances with an age guidance of all ages offer Babe in Arms tickets for children aged 0-18 months free of charge and Lap Tickets for children aged 18-36 months for £3.00. These can be booked through our Box Office. We also have a limited number of Booster Seats available for £1 which can be rented at the kiosk.
