Brand New for 2024. Norman wants to go on an adventure to impress his friends, so when two famous animal explorers arrive in Pontypandy, he decides to follow them into the mountains.

But when Norman discovers a rare red squirrel, one of the explorers decides to take the glory for themselves, leaving Norman stranded in a cave. Now it’s up to Fireman Sam to save the day and ensure everyone is safe on their camping adventure!

All companion/carer tickets must be booked through Box Office via phone or in person.

The Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 1:30pm, and an hour before performances start. Outside these opening hours, messages can be left on our voicemail. See our Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales.

Wheelchair designated spaces are available at the rear of the auditorium and are available by contacting the Box Office. Patrons who wouldn’t be able to attend the theatre without accompaniment are eligible for one free companion ticket, these also can only be booked via Box Office. Performances with an age guidance of all ages offer Babe in Arms tickets for children aged 0-18 months free of charge and Lap Tickets for children aged 18-36 months for £3.00. These can be booked through our Box Office. We also have Booster Seats available to rent for £1 at the kiosk.
