Group Booking

We love bringing people together! And if you do too, why not make it a group outing?

We know that organising a large group can require a lot of effort, but we want to make your group visit to the Albany Theatre as easy as possible. Have a look below at our general information for groups below and please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our box office if you have any additional queries, wish to check availability or would like to discuss your requirements and start a booking.

Benefits

When making a group booking we can offer you:

Group Discounts

Some of the events presented at the theatre offer discounted rates for groups and schools, which are decided by the organisers of the event. Group and school offers will be displayed on the event’s page if available, but don’t hesitate to check in with our box office if you’d like to request a school rate. Under normal circumstances, group and school tickets are only available by contacting the box office directly as we can offer the best rates and seats.

Payments and Timing

We are happy to offer an extended reservation period for group bookings, with full payments not being required until a month after making your initial reservation. If your group is particularly large, please be aware that we may ask for a 10% deposit on your order to secure your reservation. Group numbers can be amended at any point during your reservation – once you are happy to proceed we will issue a request for payment. Payments can be made by card, cheque or cash. Full details of how to pay will be issued at the point you confirm your order.

Arriving by coach

Please use our new entrance to the Theatre on Albany Road. Click here for more information on finding us. Coaches are able to drop-off on Albany Road – right on our doorstep! Alternatively, there is a drop-off layby outside the Premier Inn on the main Butts Road, with just a short walk around the corner to the theatre entrance. Please see pictures below of both these areas.

Please note that the car-park area at the rear of the theatre is not available for public use.

Arriving Separately

Our new open foyer and bar area makes the perfect meeting place! The bar is usually open 90minutes prior to curtain-up, giving you plenty of time to relax and welcome your group to the theatre before the performance begins. Click here for more information on finding us.
